About The Todder Parents Play & Talk Group:

Ever find yourself wishing that new parents' group was still around for you and your growing kiddo? We did too!  Bring your 6 month old to 2 year old, some snacks and toys for sharing and join us! Our kids will play, nap, cry, share (ok, maybe that's a step too far) and we'll chat all things toddler. Because we know that parenting a toddler is leveling up, we'll talk about all the new ways our little ones are finding to challenge our skills as a parent, look for solutions together and encourage each other as we grow.

This is not a "class", but instead is a peer support group facilitated by a non-judgmental, working mom who has and will cry, laugh and listen right alongside you, while offering her expertise. And maybe we'll take turns running interference on our toddlers when we need to!

We'll start each week with a general go around and check-in, followed by activities focused on our weekly topic.

Topics may include:
  • Sleep, self-care
  • Navigating friendships, old friends, childless friends, new friends, those with different parenting philosophies
  • Play and development
  • Talking, sitting, crawling, walking, and chasing them!
  • Foods, baby led weaning
  • Feelings of isolation
  • Self image and body image
  • Lactation, formula, pumping, bottles and cups
  • Childcare issues and considerations
  • Relationship balance, including sex
  • What topic would you bring up?

We meet for 8 Wednesday's in Manhattan, but you can start anytime. We will prorate the price for you!

THE NEXT MEETUP GROUP TBA

Price: $250 (1 toddler + 1 parent)***We are interested in building a community for you. Prorated sessions are available if you will be away or join after the start of the series.
