Congratulations on the birth of your newborn! These past few weeks and months have likely been a whirlwind of adjusting to life with a newborn, learning about who he or she is, and getting your feet on the ground.

If you’re like many moms in NYC, just around the corner is your impending return to work and you may be wondering,  “How am I possibly going to leave my baby and go back to my job. Like seriously, how am I going to do it?”

We hear you and the many moms just like you.  We’ve created this 2 hour workshop to help you get out the door and to work on day one, and help you thrive as you transition back to work following maternity leave.

Our 2 hour workshop covers all the topics you need to know for a successful and confident transition back to work including:

  • Partnering with your partner (or creating your village for single moms)
  • Pumping & schedules
  • Time management
  • Choosing childcare
  • Getting enough sleep
  • What to wear
  • And much, much more

Baby Caravan is thrilled to partner with Manhattan Birth to offer this workshop on the Upper West Side. Sign-up directly with Manhattan Birth here. We look forward to meeting you!

Upcoming Back to Work 101 with Baby Caravan: Sunday, August 27 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.; babies are welcome of course!
